Introverts and Neurodiverse attendees often struggle with networking events and find it challenging to initiate conversations and build connections.
Current solutions, such as traditional networking events, do not cater to their specific needs and preferences.
These events can be overwhelming, intimidating, and exhausting leading to missed opportunities for professional growth and development.
